• You can raise a complaint by emailing admin@alnikahmatrimony.co.uk or through the in-app/report function.
• Please provide your name, contact details, and details of your complaint.
3. Our Process
• We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
• We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
• Your complaint will be handled confidentially and reviewed by a manager not directly involved in the matter.
4. Outcomes
We will explain the outcome clearly and, where appropriate, outline actions we will take to resolve the issue.
5. Appeals
If you are unhappy with our response, you can request an internal review by a senior manager.
6. External Options
If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek advice from Citizens Advice or, where relevant, escalate to the appropriate UK regulator.
